My team and I helped Spantera in continuing to expand, learn from, and adjust to shifting market opportunities.

When it came to Life Time Value, High-Value Sign Ups, Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Lifted Users (Lift Studies), and numerous micro-conversion performance indicators, Spantera needed help.

With respect to their already established motto of “Do great things fast,” Spantera needed help positioning themselves as a strategic market leader.

To do this, they needed a partner who would relentlessly push for innovation in order to meet growth objectives.

Compatible with sudden market changes: When everyone started working remotely in March 2020, Spantera was the answer that so many teams required.

We were able to continuously change targeting, budgets, data projections, and creative/content to the new market requirements by swiftly and consistently monitoring wider agency and comparable trends.

Testing for incrementality: Long-term success depends on an understanding of the genuine impact of marketing initiatives.

In order to achieve a total ROI increase, we prepared a number of incrementality tests to not only set baselines but also have a continuous incrementality measurement process.

Brand Lift: My team and I conducted iterative brand lifts for channels with high engagement ad experiences, such as Audio, Youtube, and Connected TV, to gauge early brand lift performance and to gather crucial information on creative learnings, bid, and audience tactics for the anticipated ultimate return.

Audience Evaluation: As with any SaaS project, not all signups are equal.

To find the right balance between bid targets and expected return, a tiered strategy for different audiences or new market opportunities based on estimated different down-funnel values across search + programmatic was developed.
