By expanding into new paid channels with a strategy designed expressly to promote new client acquisition, my agency, Mazsapel Solutions, helped Softsphere in meeting its ambitious revenue projections.

Softsphere sought to efficiently expand to new paid media channels while scaling eCommerce revenue and achieving sustainable growth.

Additionally, they wanted to implement robust tracking and reporting in order to quantify success accurately.

Increase engagement by creating various creative forms as well to encourage greater involvement with already existing assets.

The Approach

Data Reliability: To provide the appropriate signals to the ad networks, we audited and installed new site tracking.

Robust Test Framework: To construct the best account structure for each channel, we established an array of tests.

We then iterated with “always on” testing to iterative improvements over time.

Expansion of Channels: From three to seven paid media channels, we continuously experimented with additional channels.

Iterative creative development: To support important seasonal launches, we developed and evaluated new creative.

We also established a branded content strategy that made use of Softsphere’s athletes to engage new audiences.
