Finsync is a financial services company that specializes in debt consolidation for college graduates who plan to pursue professional designations.

Finsync’s first-rate reputation, captivating brand, and innovative business model account for a large portion of its revenue, but the company’s expansion plan included the establishment of a strong program for paid digital customer acquisition.

My agency, Mazsapel Solutions, has developed and maintained an advanced growth marketing program over the course of five years, hit challenging acquisition targets, and ultimately supported multiple funding rounds as well as an acquisition.

The Challenge

1. In order to find prospects for extensive consumer acquisition, Finsync sought to perform channel discovery across a variety of digital marketing channels.

2. They also wanted to create a funnel for acquiring new customers that would increase brand awareness, draw in fresh prospects, and result in funded loans.

3. In addition, Finsync sought sustainable growth to aggressively develop and scale as many online acquisition channels as feasible while also exceeding its cost per financed loan acquisition cost goals and number of clients acquired targets.

4. In order to track complex down-funnel actions and incorporate them into a performance marketing strategy, Finsync sought to better understand how to do so.

Finsync was looking for a strategic leadership positioning in order to coordinate performance marketing strategies among internal client teams, work with internal stakeholders to find solutions to marketing technology challenges like lead tracking at the bottom of the funnel, and collaborate with external strategic partners to align campaigns with common objectives.

The Approach

 Omni-Channel Strategy:

My team and I developed an omni-channel strategy involving significant platforms like Facebook, Google AdWords, Twitter, YouTube, and other social networks.

To create successful positioning and audience segments on each channel, we collaborated with the Finsync team.

Optimization:

Over the course of the project’s first year, optimization goals changed frequently.

I served as a thought leader with my team in deciding how goals were developed, then we optimized campaigns to meet these goals.

Channel Expansion:

Before my team and I started, Finsync was active on two significant advertising platforms and had the basic infrastructure in place.

Over the course of a year, more than seven main platforms were connected, and each one saw the deployment of sophisticated methods.

Data Analytics:

In collaboration with the Finsync development team, my team and I developed a grasp of how to track intricate down-funnel actions and incorporate them into a performance marketing strategy.
